We are studying magnets in Science.  It is fun to see how magnets attract and repell.  Here we are fishing for paperclip fish with our magnetic fishing poles.  We were suprised to find out that you can catch (attract) more small paperclips than large.

On September 18th, 2008 the Kenosha Fire Department brought

their Fire Safety House to Curtis Strange.  We watched a video on fire safety, practiced evacuations procedures, and talked about our safe meeting spot.

It was fun and educational!

We have been reading books about apples and Johnny Appleseed.  Outside we took our own Appleseed pictures.  We made a I am ________ Appleseed book and we all have our very own page.

It was a nice fall day...so we went outside and raked leaves.  It was so much fun to see all of the different colors of fall.  We took individual leaf pile pictures to send to our cyber-buddies in China.
